My name is Tim Keck and I am truly interested in you and your success!

As a certified personal coach, I have an overwhelming interest in people and their unique stories. In fact, I'd love to hear yours! In all fairness though, you should hear mine first.
My story is interesting and my background is probably not one you'd expect from a coach. You see, for most of my adult life I was a cop. That's right - a crime fighter. But my story starts long before that, so let me tell you a little more about myself. Here are some of the high points:

Great childhood: awesome parents, cool younger brother, farm life, dog named Frisky.

First broken bone at age 8 after being thrown from my horse, Buckshot.

First job was shoveling....uhh...cleaning out cattle-hauling trailers for a neighbor.

Became a police officer and loved it (except for the parts where they spit on or shoot at you).

Experience as crisis negotiator, K9 officer, detective, and Chief of Police among others.

Met Wal-Mart's Sam and Helen Walton, numerous Governors, Presidents and more.

Interviewed by national magazines and TV shows and testified before a Congressional committee.

Never shot anybody, but I did save a few lives over the years.

It's been a circuitous route but, as a personal coach, I love helping people find direction and live their lives on purpose each day. In my first profession I saw a lot of bad things, but now I get to share the joy as my clients discover their best lives!

I live in the hills of NW Arkansas, in the boomtown of Rogers, with my wife Laura and our Bouvier des Flanders named Oden. I have three amazing children, two awesome daughters-in-law and two of the cutest granddaughters ever conceived.

I love talking to people who are real. If you are one of them, and you want a coach who is real, they don't get any more genuine than me. I am street-wise, yet have coached for CEO's and senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies. I would love to someday share the story of your success with others.

My name is Cari Kaufman and I am passionate about helping others discover and achieve their dreams!

My life experiences have run the gamut from military officer to stay-at-home mom and give me a unique perspective into daily life. There are a lot of events that have shaped me into the person I am. Let me tell you about a few of them:

My family rocks! Fantastic parents, two beautiful younger sisters, great hometown.

First sport: 4th grade basketball. Fell in love with the competitive, driven athlete inside.

First job: Cleaning bathrooms for the city parks department (in a word - yuck!)

Graduated from University of Arkansas ROTC program (WOO PIG!) and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army.

Spent 4 1/2 years in balmy Fort Bliss, Texas as an Air Defense Artillery Officer with one of the most deployed units in the US Army.

Awarded the Soldier's Medal (military's highest peacetime award) for heroism while rescuing a young girl from a gang rape.

Worked as a plant manager, Union Labor Relations negotiator, Community Services Representative and Teacher.

Honed my skills in time management and organization as a stay-at-home mom for four years (the hardest job I've ever had).

Through all my experiences I have discovered that the way a person handles the transitions in life can make or break them. From soldier to mom to manager and more, my life has been in constant flux. These turning points have taught me a lot and (especially for the ones I have handled well) made me the person I am today. I love helping others leverage their transitions to bring fulfillment and joy to their lives.

I currently reside in NW Arkansas with my wonderful husband, Charlie, and my two phenomenal children.

If you are looking for a partner to help you navigate the turning points in life, or you just need a little help figuring out where you want to go in this world, I'm your gal. I'm a tough-minded individual with a heart for seeing others succeed. Let me help you discover and walk your unique path in life.
